printwhatyoulikeEver tried printing off a web page only to find that it displayed incorrectly on paper? Well, PrintWhatYouLike is a free and online solution to the common problem that has plagued many sites. It’s essentially a web page editor that allows users to have full control over sites being printed from your browser. You can easily crop or highlight a specific section of a website for printing with just a tap of a button. The fun doesn’t just stop there though, as this nimble editor includes font selections and display options such as complete image/background removal for even more tweaking around. Furthermore, users have the option of adding new pages to the mix, perfect for printing off multiple pages that previously required seperate printing for each.

Explosm.net

explosmDon’t you just love web comics? If you’re like me, which you probably aren’t, then some good old toilet humor would be suffice to initiate a laugh.  In the traditions of my last post in this category, explosm.net is a follow-up to that which does many things similar you might expect of xkcd. The only difference this time is that the site is bigger, more merchandised, and more importantly: all comics are fully colored.  I won’t make a guarantee here, but it could be expected of comic fans to enjoy this to at least some degree. After all, it’s only some good old satirical humour branded in the name of “Cyanide and Happiness”. So, if web comics is your thing, then be sure not to miss this great collection along with some of the animated movies that the site offers.

roboformRemember the old days when we had to manually fill out forms and type account information? Well, those times are of the past, thanks to RoboForm. This neat password/form manager is one that remembers  all your personal information and stores them in a secure encrypted space. With one mere click of the mouse, users can instruct the program to visit a website, fill in the login information and submit it automatically without further messing around. The same method works for registrations as well. What’s more, it allows for back-up of all your saved data, preventing a total lockdown of your accounts if compromised. Other features includes a random password generator, phishing protection, a maximum encryption of 256-bit, etc.

Strip Poker

Just when you thought things were going to get racy, this commercial cuts in and surprises everyone with an unexpected twist. Viewers have often mistaken this for a beer or clothing ad, but that notion is soon crushed when they realize the awful intent of recreational drug use.
