Enter The Adventures of Dr. McNinja, a web comic that focuses on the adsurd saga of a Doctor who is also a ninja by profession. Started in 2003 as amateur sketchs by Chris Hastings–then a college student–the comic has expanded to include more than an dozen issues, with later ones in full color as well. Add to that an equally ambiguous cast, including a gorilla and a raptor, and you have yourself an instant classic.

Explosm.net

explosmDon’t you just love web comics? If you’re like me, which you probably aren’t, then some good old toilet humor would be suffice to initiate a laugh.  In the traditions of my last post in this category, explosm.net is a follow-up to that which does many things similar you might expect of xkcd. The only difference this time is that the site is bigger, more merchandised, and more importantly: all comics are fully colored.  I won’t make a guarantee here, but it could be expected of comic fans to enjoy this to at least some degree. After all, it’s only some good old satirical humour branded in the name of “Cyanide and Happiness”. So, if web comics is your thing, then be sure not to miss this great collection along with some of the animated movies that the site offers.

xkcd.com

xkcdSince the dawn of the internet, comics have thrived to become one of the best past-times besides the obvious gaming and video aspects. “xkcd” did a well job of reinstating that claim, though you should probably give it a look before trusting my dear words. It is a website that hosts stick-figure comic strips created by programmer Randall Munroe. Topics ranges from romance, sarcasm, mathematics and science and also the occasional random themes. The hilarious portrayal of many real-life events and persons are perhaps one of the main reasons why this site has gotten to be so popular.

Note: some contents are not suitable for younger viewers and contains mature language. If you’re too chicken to view this, then you shouldn’t be having fun in life at all.
